Summer leadership camp
Academy by the Sea is an exclusive co-ed camp experience for bold, brilliant campers entering grades 7 through 12. During this two-week adventure, campers will learn the fundamentals of leadership while exploring a dazzling array of subjects like aviation, drone piloting, and aquaculture. Our innovative summer leadership camp program is focused on developing whole-person excellence in young people. LEARN TO LEAD
Academy by the Sea isn’t just another summer camp. Campers learn the foundations of leadership in a fast-paced, fun program over two weeks at our beachfront campus in Carlsbad, California. They’ll learn ways to develop communication skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and time management through engaging activities and guided exploration.
EXPLORE NEW INTERESTS
Outside of leadership labs, campers can explore a wide variety of subjects taught by top instructors. Campers will get to experience the very best of the Academy’s aviation, computer science, aquaculture, and athletics programs and build fun projects at our newly renovated innovation center, full of 3D printers and other exciting maker equipment.
EXPERIENCE ADVENTURES
Summer camp is all about fun. We have an exciting schedule of trips and activities, including visits to local museums, theme parks, ropes and obstacle courses, games, and other guided activities.
