Your student’s Army and Navy Academy journey begins with submitting this application. You’ll be contacted by one of our Admissions Counselors, who will assist you in gathering important supporting documents so that we can assess your student for admission. These documents include:

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
- Student Questionnaire
- Character Reference
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Copy of Health Insurance Card (front and back)
- Photo of Applicant
- All Pertinent Legal Forms (divorce and custody documents, if applicable)
- Therapy Practitioner Form (for applicants who have regularly or recently undergone therapy)
